• Marlena DeStefano is a freelance horn player from South Florida. After graduating from the Manhattan School of Music in 2022, Marlena went home to south Florida to begin her freelance career with the Florida Grand Opera, the Palm Beach Opera, and the Palm Beach Symphony. Marlena is currently going into her second year of her masters at Rutgers University, studying under David Peel of the New York Philharmonic. Aside from sharing her joy of music with her students, Marlena enjoys spending time with her cat Roux, and singing pop songs at her local open mic. You could find her every day in the park by her house, enjoying the sunshine.
