Audition Required: No, but a recording may be requested for placement depending on enrollment numbers.

Experience the joy of making music in a small ensemble!

Chamber Music gives students the opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow musicians while developing listening skills, musical independence, communication, and expressive performance. Depending on enrollment, students may be placed into duets, trios, quartets, or other small ensembles. Students of all experience levels are encouraged to register. Final groupings and repertoire will be determined after enrollment based on instrumentation, experience, and student availability.

All instruments/voice types are welcome! No audition is required for initial enrollment.

Placement: Ensemble groupings and/or levels will be determined after registration based on the number of students enrolled, instrumentation, experience levels, and overall ensemble balance.

Music: Repertoire will be selected based on the participating students and their musical levels.

Rehearsal & Concert Dates: Final rehearsal and concert scheduling will be determined after enrollment in order to accommodate the availability of participating students and faculty.

Showcase: All participating students will have the opportunity to perform in a culminating showcase at the conclusion of the session.

No previous ensemble experience is required. Students who are new to group performance are encouraged to join!
